Includes marketing, tenant vetting, referencing, Right-to-Rent checks, and tenancy agreement setup
Full Management Package
Ongoing fee: 10% Monthly Gross with added discounts on Tenant Find’s and Optional Extra’s
Services included: rent collection, inspections, repairs coordination, and compliance management

Renewal or Amendment Fee
Cost: £49 per tenancy renewal or amendment
Covers paperwork, legal updates, and re-issued agreements
Optional Extras
